Discover the Wisdom in Your Anger
Anger is often misunderstood, dismissed as destructive or suppressed until it bursts. Yet when explored with awareness, anger becomes a powerful source of clarity, strength, and transformation.
In this anger workshop, we’ll use an Integrative Body Psychotherapy approach to help you understand, feel, and express anger safely. Through guided body-based practices, mindful movement, and group sharing, you’ll reconnect with your body’s signals and learn to transform anger into healthy expression and emotional resilience.
You’ll leave with practices that teach you how to assert boundaries, reclaim your voice, and respond to life’s challenges with grounded confidence.

This two-hour workshop invites you into a biospiritual practice of embodied reflection. We explore how story lives in the body, how sensation carries meaning, and how inherited patterns shape our ways of responding to life.
Through guided inquiry, relational listening, and gentle somatic integration, we create space for clarity to emerge from what may feel vague, implicit, or unfinished. This is a space of collective wit(h)nessing, where attention is offered without fixing, interpreting, or correcting, allowing the body’s intelligence to unfold.
